Refers to the general population who may be interested in the Canada's health care system and all those who interact with it both directly and indirectly. <br/><br/>Examples of this type of stakeholder include, but are not limited to:<br/><ul>
<li>- media</li><li>- lived experience (patient) interest groups</li></ul><p/>
